How admission works

Enquire
Message us on WhatsApp or visit the campus office, Monday to Saturday.

Submit documents
Bring the admission form with your result cards, CNIC or B-Form and photographs.

Merit and interview
Merit lists are displayed on campus and published on this site.

Pay fee and enrol
Deposit the fee at the college office or the named bank account and collect your roll number.

Eligibility

Programmes	Duration	Eligibility
BS Computer Science	4 years	At least 50% marks in Intermediate (HSSC) or equivalent qualification with Mathematics (200 marks) or Computer Science (200 marks). No age limit. Merit and degree requirements as per University of Education rules and regulations.
BS Information Technology	4 years	ICS, or FA/FSc (Pre-Engineering) with Mathematics (200 marks) or Computer Science (200 marks), or equivalent. No age limit. Merit and degree requirements as per University of Education rules and regulations.
BS English	4 years	Annual system: minimum 45% marks in FA/FSc, I.Com or equivalent and minimum 50% marks in English (Compulsory). Semester system: minimum 60% marks and 50% in English. A-Level: IBCC equivalence certificate, minimum 60% and at least grade B in O-Level English. Five bonus merit points for 50% or above in English Literature (elective).
BS Chemistry	4 years	FSc (Pre-Medical or Pre-Engineering) or A-Level with Chemistry, as per University of Education rules. No age limit. Duration 4 years, 8 semesters of 16–18 weeks each.
BS Education	4 years	A Higher Secondary School Certificate (Intermediate) or equivalent with minimum 2nd division. No age limit. Duration 4 years, 8 semesters of 16–18 weeks each. Merit and degree requirements as per University of Education rules.
BBA	4 years	Intermediate certification — I.Com, FA, FSc or equivalent — with minimum 2nd division. No age limit. Merit and degree requirements as per University of Education rules and regulations.
BS Economics	4 years	Annual system: minimum 45% marks in FA/FSc, I.Com or equivalent. Semester system: minimum 60% marks. A-Level: IBCC equivalence certificate with minimum 60% marks. No age limit.
ADP Computer Science	2 years	Intermediate (FA / FSc / ICS or equivalent) — Arts and Science streams both eligible, as per University of Education rules
ADP Information Technology	2 years	Intermediate (FA / FSc / ICS or equivalent) — Arts and Science streams both eligible, as per University of Education rules
Post-ADP entry to BS (5th semester)	2 years	Holders of an Associate Degree (or an equivalent two-year post-Intermediate qualification) in a relevant discipline may be admitted to the fifth semester of the corresponding BS programme, subject to merit, seats and any bridging courses prescribed by the University of Education.
B.Ed (1.5 years)	1.5 years	A degree after 16 years of education, preferably in a school subject, from an HEC-recognised institution, with minimum 2nd division (annual system) or CGPA 2.00 out of 4 (semester system). No age limit.
B.Ed (2.5 years)	2.5 years	Post-ADP entry to the four-year B.Ed (Hons): holders of an Associate Degree or a two-year BA/BSc (14 years of education) join the fifth semester and complete five semesters (2.5 years), with bridging courses where the University requires them. Merit as per University of Education rules.

Frequently asked questions

Is the degree recognised?

Yes. The degree is awarded by the University of Education, Lahore, a public-sector university recognised by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. See affiliation and registration.

Who conducts the examinations?

The University of Education, Lahore, at the end of every semester. Results, transcripts and degrees are issued by the University; the college follows them up for every student.

Will my degree arrive on time?

The college tracks each student’s result, transcript and degree with the University until it is in their hands. Ask the office about any past batch.

What are the fees?

Per-semester fees for every programme are on the fee structure page. Hostel and transport are listed separately.

Is there a hostel for girls?

Yes — an air-conditioned hostel on campus with a resident warden. See hostel.

Is there transport?

Pick-and-drop for female students from Alipur, Jatoi, Khangarh, Sitpur, Shehr Sultan and surrounding villages. See transport.

Fees are paid only at the college office or into the college’s named bank account. Alipur College never asks for fees over WhatsApp, Easypaisa or JazzCash to a personal number. If someone does, it is not us — call the office.
